This vegan banana bread is quick to prepare and requires only few ingredients. You can easily bake it in different variations!

Zutaten

  • 3 bananas (ripe)
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 50 g rapeseed oil
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1-2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 300 g flour
  • 1-2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Anleitungen

  • Preheat your oven to 175 °C circulating air (195 °C top and bottom heat). Lightly grease a loaf pan (25 cm).
  • Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.
  • Add almond milk, rapeseed oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, cider vinegar and stir well.
  • Then add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well until everything starts blending together. Do not stir too long, otherwise the banana bread will not raise properly!
  • Optional: gently fold in your chosen ingredients (bueberries, chocolate chips etc.)
  • Pour the dough into the loaf pan and bake for about 40 minutes. Do a cake test with a toothpick to be sure the banana bread is done.

Notizen

  • If you don't want to use oil, you can exchange it for (vegetable) yoghurt. But then the banana bread gets a little less fluffy.
